Dice Mould Housing 3D printing files – Quadrant Mould for Pressure Pots

This downloadable contains .stl files to 3d print mould housing for pouring quadrant silicone moulds to optimise the space in pressure pots.

The three parts of the housing can be clipped together with binder clips and can be placed on top of contact paper or any other base.

The housing design also includes key marks specifically for cap moulds to ensure the two pieces line up.

These files are designed for both filament and resin 3D printers and are sized to create a quadrant with a radius of 95mm.

This has been printed on an Ender 3 with:

– PETG at 240°C and the bed at 70°C

– PLA at 200°C and bed at 50°C

I haven’t tested this in my resin printer yet but the right angle shape has been broken up into two radii models for lower print time.
