Commissions

How it works

Below is an outline of the process as well as the terms and conditions of how my commissions work. If you need additional information that isn’t covered below, feel free to send me a message.

  • To request a commission, please complete the form to join the commission request waitlist. It will work on a first-come-first serve basis and by submitting the form, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
  • The purpose of the form is to gether as much information as possible to get your commission right, so please feel free to link to as many images as necessary.
  • Based on the information you provide in the form, I’ll contact you to discuss the design idea, pricing, timeframes and clarify further information so we’re both on the same page with the same expectations.
  • Pricing will be also dependent on complexity (some designs may take multiple attempts to perfect) and any non-standard inclusions.
  • If we’re both happy to proceed with the design, I will require a non-refundable AUD $50 deposit to begin work on the commission. I will keep you updated as I experiment with the designs.
  • Unless otherwise requested, the dice will be sanded, inked and polished.
  • Final payment will be required once the commission is ready to be shipped to you.
  • Any abuse or harassment will not be tolerated and I have the right to refuse any commission request at any time.
  • The commission request form is not a binding obligation to complete the commission and does not guarantee a commission spot. I have the right to refuse any request for any reason.

Commission FAQs

Why do commissions cost more than regular dice/sets?

Commissions tend to take more time than regular dice, as it involves a consultation process that isn’t part of making reguar sets. The additional cost covers the cost for the extra time for communicating and personalising a commission for you.

What is the non-refundable deposit for?

The process of prototyping designs, while it’s not the final product, will still take time and use materials. The deposit ensures that I can cover those costs in case you change your mind and decide not to go ahead with the finished set.

As a member of Stripe Climate, I’m contributing 1% of all revenue towards carbon removal.
