When are you adding new dice to your shop?

Why are your dice so expensive?
These are handcrafted dice that take hours of individual handling to become the end product you see.
This means I have dedicated time into the research of printing masters, making silicone molds then pouring, sanding, inking and polishing each die. This ultimately gives you a unique, one-of-a-kind product that’s unlike mass factory produced sets.
What are Raw and Remake dice?
Raw dice are ones that have come directly from the mold and are sold as is. They are not sanded, inked or polished.
Remakes are dice that have previously sold out. I don’t have any on hand but can re-create them, which would take approximately 6-8 weeks. Please note that the end product may look different from its product photo displayed on the shop.
Why do the dice I’ve recieved look a little different to the product photos on your site/Instagram?
Some sets can look a little different from photos and videos depending on the lighting and angle, particularly if the dice is transparent. I try to capture the general look of the die as much as possible, but slight variations are to be expected, particularly in the colour.
About Orders and Shipping
What currency are these prices in?
They’re in Australian dollars (AUD).
I just bought some dice, when will you be shipping them?
I will package and ship new orders within 5 business days of them being placed.
How much is shipping, which countries do you ship to and how long will it take?
I am based in Brisbane, Australia and generally use Sendle as my shipping platform. Prices and shipping timeframes will be based their domestic and international shipping guidelines (plus handling fees).
I will try to ship to as many countries as possible. If yours is not listed, please contact me and I’ll try to add it. As I am a small business, I will need to look into the intricacies of shipping customs and restrictions on a case-by-case basis.
Also, please note that deliveries will be impacted due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed. Temporarily suspended destinations can be found here.
Can I have an exchange or refund?
Unfortunately, as a small business, I cannot offer exchanges or refunds simply for “change of mind” situations. However, if your order has been lost or damaged while in transit, please contact me and I’ll do my best to provide a solution.
